Lauren Ash

  Lauren Elizabeth Ash, born on February 4, 1983 is a Canadian actress and comedian living in Los Angeles. She was originally from Belleville, Ontario. Ash is most well-known to TV viewers for her character in Superstore as Dina Fox. She is also an alumni of the Second City Toronto Mainstage and Second City Chicago mainstage and is a member of the comedy sketch duo "Cory!" She has been a Canadian Comedy Award nominee for Best Female Improviser twice in 2007 and 2006. In 2012, she took home the award for the best performance by a Female - Television for Almost Heroes award. In 2015, she won Best Female Performance in a Feature Film for her part in Dirty Singles. She was also a guest on the prank-show "Scare Techniques". Lauren runs her own podcast "True Crime and Cocktails" alongside Christy Oxborrow.
